Information Security Engineer (Western Union, LLC, Denver, CO)

Configure, deploy, maintain, and monitor the CyberArk and Conjur solutions for smooth and scalable operation. Identify areas for improvement, plan remediation, and implement solutions to meet requirements. Lead, coach, mentor, and develop junior team members. Serve as an escalation point for teams, both internal and external, for changes, incident management, solution design, and troubleshooting. Promote, improve, and maintain a strong base to build the PAM Support team. Maintain the application layer of the CyberArk Suite and act as the executor of the CyberArk support team, working closely with Subject Matter Experts to understand and carry out any activities that arise as part of new organizational initiatives or onboarding of new CyberArk modules. Responsible for architecting and maintaining the Conjur secrets management service within the enterprise. Responsible for independently managing and maintaining the integrity of PAM services including, patching, system upgrades, certificate renewal, and change/incident management. Responsible for promoting and securing compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures. Serve as a cross-platform technical subject matter expert and provide consulting support to architects and engineers on application integration. Define and produce documentation including architectural diagrams, process flows, and system design documentation in accordance with best practices. Expert communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts across multiple layers within the organization including technical and management resources. Responsible for driving successful delivery and implementation of key enterprise initiatives related to Privileged Access Management (PAM) technologies and performing day to day administration actions in a CyberArk and Conjur instance that touches Windows, UNIX, Linux, Databases, and SaaS Applications. Act within a role that is integral to the PAM initiative, serving as a cross-platform technical subject matter expert and providing consulting support to architects and engineers on application integration. Contribute to and coordinate responses to internal and external audit inquiries, and provide technical leadership and direction to organizational, technology and process improvements to satisfy audit recommendations and findings. Telecommuting may be permitted up to 2 days per week. When not telecommuting, must report to Western Union LLC at 7001 E Belleview Ave., Denver, CO 80237. Salary Range: $140,718.60 to $179,687.50 per year.

Minimum Requirements: Requires a Bachelor's degree or U.S. equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field plus 5 years of professional experience as an Information Security Systems Engineer or any occupation/position/job title involving deployment, implementation, and maintenance of Privileged Access Management services.

In lieu of a Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of experience, the employer will accept a Master's degree or U.S. equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field plus 3 years of professional experience as an Information Security Systems Engineer or any occupation/position/job title involving deployment, implementation, and maintenance of Privileged Access Management services.

Must also have the following special skills: 3 years of professional experience utilizing CyberArk Privileged Access Management technology; 3 years of professional experience implementing, maintaining, and utilizing CyberArk's Conjur secrets manager; 3 years of professional experience working with Active Directory and PowerShell scripting technologies, designing architecture diagrams, and preparing audit reports; 3 years of professional experience across data network disciplines, computing platforms, and network-based technologies and appli ations; 3 years of professional experience working independently with a high level of accountability for projects and with limited direction from management; and 3 years of professional experience documenting workflows to identify areas for improvement while working with leadership to develop remediation plans.
