A DAY IN THE LIFE

Our Realtime Air Monitoring team is looking for an Emerging TechnologyProjectManagerto work for our Denver, CO office. The Emerging TechnologyProjectManagermanages all new air monitoring technology lab and field evaluations, identifies technology business fit, and all field, financial, and administrative aspects of pilot programs and projects. The Emerging TechnologyProjectManageris expected to exercise sound professional judgment and work closely with their direct supervisor.

  • Work with their supervisor to design and execute new technology evaluations.
  • Manage all aspects of new air monitoring technology evaluation, in a lab and in the field.
  • Act as a vendor liaison, clearly communicating experiment designs, results, and next steps to the manufacturer.
  • Support the sales team by communicating technology capabilities, limitations, and identifying the correct applications
  • Support the operations team by managing pilot programs that implement new technology, helping to develop SOPs, and helping to build sustainable monitoring programs.
  • Provide routine presentations to internal team of new technology evaluations and results.
  • Work alongside the software team to design new and improve existing software features, facilitate new technology data ingest, and provide client feedback.
  • Write and/or assist in the submittal of monitoring p ans and reports.
  • Coordinate all aspects of new technology pilot projects, including, but not limited to, method research, equipment procurement and rental, travel arrangements, logistics, SOP generation and implementation, and regulatory agency interaction and coordination.
  • Establish, oversee, and manageprojectdeadlines, in addition to effectively communicating updates to clients and team members.
  • Instruct and guide any personnel under their supervision to ensure safe, efficient, expedient, and cost-effectiveprojectexecution.
  • Identify quality assurance issues and/or identify solutions to quality assurance issues.
  • Act as a liaison between clients, personnel, government agency representatives, and laboratory personnel for all testing projects.
  • Maintain excellent client relationships through effective communication and customer service skills.
  • Plan, manage, and execute pilot projects with client, from inception
