Practice Manager needed at Ghosn Family Medicine (Dawsonville, GA) to oversee and assist in all departments and work alongside physicians on-site and in front and back office, as needed. Ensure a positive patient experience by the day-day management of clinical and administration operations. Lead and coach team members to provide exceptional patient services. Oversee clinic expansion to new locations. Manage staffing needs, payroll, and benefits, as well as, coordinate with billing company and ensure correct billing and coding. Requires 2 years of experience as a practice administrator in a health clinic. Stated experience to include working independently and managing a team of at least 20 people, including clinical and administrative staff, and taking initiative on day-to-day activities and projects.
