Robert Half HR Generalist in Costa Mesa, California

Description We are offering a dynamic role for an HR Generalist in Costa Mesa, California, United States. This role is essential to our HR team, supporting key HR processes and serving as a strategic partner across our North American business units. You will be working closely with business managers, advising on employment issues, legislation, process improvements, and business changes primarily for the Customer Experience and Finance teams. As an HR Generalist, you will also oversee the effective execution of robust and operationally excellent core HR processes and systems.

Responsibilities:

• Support key HR processes and clients across our North American business units

• Partner with the business in coaching and advising managers around employment issues, legislation, process improvement, and business changes

• Manage the execution of robust and operationally excellent HR processes and systems

• Oversee payroll processing for the North American region

• Strategize and administer benefits for US/Canada employees

• Ensure Health and Safety standards are met across North America

• Utilize ADP Workforce Now, HRIS System for efficient HR management

• Coordinate benefits and handle any related inquiries

• Lead process improvement projects within the HR department

• Develop and implement HR policies & procedures

Skills:

• Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now and HRIS System

• Experience in Benefits Coordination

• Proven track record in leading Process Improvement Projects

• Familiarity with HR Policies & Procedures Requirements • Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist

• Proficiency in using ADP Workforce Now is required

• Experience in using HRIS System is necessary

• Experience in Benefits Coordination is essential

• Must have experience in handling Process Improvement Projects

• Familiarity with Policies & Procedures in HR context is required

• Should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Must have strong organizational and time management skills

• Should possess strong problem-solving skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information is necessary

• Must have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

• Professional certification in Human Resources (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) is a plus

• Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is preferred.
