Primary Responsibilities: Manage all day to day activities on the job site; daily notes, phone calls, and safety management. Communicate with all subcontractors on sequencing, scheduling, and coordination. Help maintain and improve overall schedule and adhere to it. Running weekly foreman/ coordination meetings. Manage a job site to make sure we have a clean and safe site. Qualifications: Commercial working superintendent experience. Skills: Computer Skills- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). Procore experience preferred but not required. Scheduling Software (Fasttrack Scheduling).
