JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job description Duties: - Transfers to and from bed, wheelchair, and toilet - Sponge or in-shower bathing - Dressing, grooming - Assist with toileting - Breakfast assist (meal prep) - ROM (range of motion) in AM - Empty catheter bag - Accompany shopping - Meal prep - Laundry - Housekeeping personal care. Provide patients with help moving in and out of beds, baths, wheelchairs, or automobiles and with dressing and grooming. Bathe patients. Care for patients by changing bed linens, washing and ironing laundry, cleaning, or assisting with their personal care. Plan, purchase, prepare, or serve meals to patients or other family members, according to prescribed diets.
