The Senior Project Manager will support project teams focused on transforming outcomes of children through innovative disease management and achieving equity for health care services across PFK's geographic region. Responsibilities Supports project team leaders in planning agendas. Documents meeting conclusions such as key drivers and interventions, project timelines, resource needs, and data plans. Develops and manages project timelines and budgets. Ensures project teams have the resources (e.g., data, SME) available at each meeting to carry out their agendas. Completes strategic analyses for tracking each team's progress toward its goal. Partners with community engagement staff and assesses potential community partners to identify opportunities for collaboration. Ensures timely and transparent communication with community stakeholders. Qualifications Education: Master's degree in healthcare administration, business administration or public health. Skills: Ability to work independently, implement decisions, and display ability to recognize and navigate through inter-organization dynamics. Analytical skills to assemble, evaluate and understand large and complex information and studies, and to identify current and future trends. Maintains knowledge of appropriate project management and discussion facilitation (e.g. Stormboard, Mural) tools. Robust and comprehensive skillset in verbal and written communication, meeting facilitation and presentation, and Microsoft Office. Understanding of quality improvement methodology and/or Medicaid reimbursement, preferred. Experience: 3 years' experience in project planning in a healthcare organization, advocacy organization or community action coalition, required.
