Patient Service Rep (PSR)

Description:

• outpatient clinic, 30-50 patients a day.

• verify insurance eligibility via phone and website.

• complete referrals and obtain prior authorizations

• handle incoming and outgoing calls.

• enter patient information into EMR system.

• collect copays
