PACCAR participates in Puget Sound Energy's Green Power Program which is one of the top 10 Green Power Programs in the U.S. PACCAR Assistant International Tax Manager primary duties include: Job Duties: Prepare and review international components of the US income tax return, including Forms 5471 and 1118. Review US GAAP income tax provisions for foreign entities. Prepare and maintain E&P and Tax pools for foreign entities. Coordinate with US and foreign tax group to ensure that information is properly and timely reported for the consolidated corporate income tax return. Prepare and maintain repatriation analyses. Undertake tax research and planning projects. Assist with balance sheet reporting and tax account reconciliation. Provide tax advice and assistance to other departments across the company. Other duties and special projects as assigned. Qualifications: Five+ years of tax accounting and compliance, international tax experience. Bachelor's degree in accounting. CPA and/or advanced degree in tax strongly desired. Experience with ASC 740 (FAS 109) for publicly traded multinational corporations. Strong accounting and analytical skills. Proficiency with MS Office, strong Excel skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to communicate technical tax issues with non-tax people. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment with minimal supervision. Ability to multitask.
