Wells Fargo Lead Business Execution Consultant (Operations Global Solutions Program Office) in CHARLOTTE, North Carolina
About this Role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant in Global Operations within the Chief Operating Office. This position will have responsibility to develop strategies, analyze data, and ensure flawless execution, helping the CIB LOB develop and execute multi-year Global Delivery plans.
The Operations Global Solutions Program Office (GSPO) provides guidance and support for all Operations groups to operate more efficiently and effectively in a global delivery environment while ensuring proper oversight and governance for compliance with related policy guidelines.
In this role, you will:
Identify, develop, and evaluate opportunities for the use of a global workforce delivery to increase efficiency, to provide resilience, and to create a better customer experience.
Work with senior leaders to develop long-term global service strategy and risk appetite boundaries
Be a thought leader in developing and sharing industry insights and other relevant communication
Manage specific business initiatives and ongoing forecasts for global delivery growth
Ensure ongoing adherence to the Global Delivery Activity Policy and other international policy guidelines, including completion of Risk Assessments for the GDA Portfolio per policy requirements and strengthen our governance framework in partnership with business, control and IRM stakeholders.
Track and report on the status of global sourcing initiatives to senior business leaders to ensure goals are being achieved; Act as key point of contact for CIB Operations partners throughout and after initiatives to ensure ongoing viability and efficiency.
Support ongoing business reviews with global delivery to ensure program is operating as intended and ensure data quality of GDA portfolio.
Support teams through the discovery, analysis, and implementation of viable initiatives with other efficiency related opportunities such as process automation, re-engineering, workflow tool utilization and other process excellence tools

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
Desired Qualifications
Ability to effectively drive results, provide feedback/direction, and manage and build relationships with leaders and team members in a geographically dispersed team environment.
Ability to influence executive decision-making and successfully negotiate critical issue resolution related to program initiatives
Ability to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats, with senior executive-level leaders
Change Management experience capturing and documenting complex business and functional requirements which may include workflows, process maps, or business processes.
Work experience in any of the major business divisions within a bank
Global Delivery/ Outsource experience with a large, multinational company
Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills
A BS/BA degree or higher
Job Expectations
Ability to travel up to 10-20% of the time
