Adecco is hiring immediately for Administrative Assistants at a local client in Casper, WY. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative support, including handling phone calls, email correspondence, and scheduling.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating appointments

  • Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations with accuracy and efficiency

  • Organize and maintain office filing systems, ensuring easy retrieval of information

  • Assist in handling incoming and outgoing mail and shipments

  • Collaborate with various departments to support administrative needs and projects

  • Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies and maintaining office cleanliness

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • 1-2 years of Administrative Assistant experience

  • Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and basic office software

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information

  • A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving

Pay Details: $16.00 to $20.00 per hour
