Job Title: Machine Operator

Job Description

Our company is seeking a diligent and committed Machine Operator to join our team. The primary responsibilities of this role include setting-up, cleaning up, and handling the production associated with the packing of cream cheese products. This will entail operating various production line equipment such as packers, positive pumps, processors, and labelers. You will be tasked with setting up labelers, installing heat seals on products, and assembling positive pumps. Other responsibilities include inspecting products, loading cups into boxers (this may involve twisting the wrist and gripping), assisting with packaging products into boxes for shipping, and assisting other departments in finishing the product at any point in the production line.

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Casa Grande, Arizona.

Work Environment

The work environment comprises a spacious 80,000 square foot warehouse operating 24/7. The shift pattern is a two-week rotation involving 12-hour shifts from 6:00 pm - 6:00 am (2 on 3 off & 3 on 2 off).
