Although, we mainly direct our specialty services to commercial we also provide residential services. What You Will Be Doing
-Directing all aspects of the labor force through arranging, organizing and guiding subcontractors as well as equipment and material, ensuring that all safety practices and regulations are being met and budget is being met.
-Effectively communicating with the Project Manager in response to the job process.
-Responsible for all elements of Project Team starting from pre-construction stages all the way through post-construction.
-Understanding and familiarizing with project drawings and the specifications those drawings indicate.
-Follow and maintain a tight schedule.
-Make sure all team members especially foreman understand their daily goals and what is expected of them daily and weekly. As well as methodically analyze the consequences of exceeded deadlines and budget.
-Properly maintain and safeguard all tools and equipment used on site.
-Track and log punch lists nearing projects completion.
-Arrange task meetings.
