Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner.

• Provide assistance and support to customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests.

• Listen actively to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

• Navigate computer systems efficiently to access customer information and process requests.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet performance goals and targets.

• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction.

• Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.

  Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency with computers and ability to learn new software systems quickly.

• Customer service experience is a plus but not required.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
