Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Day Porter to join our team Monday-Friday, 7am-330pm. As a Day Porter, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our facilities. This is a crucial role in ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for employees, students and visitors.

Responsibilities - Perform routine cleaning tasks to maintain the cleanliness of the facility - Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors - Empty trash receptacles and replace liners - Clean and sanitize restrooms - Dust and wipe down surfaces - Restock supplies in restrooms and break rooms - Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies - Notify management of any maintenance or repair needs - Follow all safety protocols and procedures

Qualifications - Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work preferred - Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

Preferred Skills: - Experience in facilities maintenance or porter services
