Job Description:

Provide automated and orchestrated management and technical solution to complex problems for ZOLL Data's commerce platforms. Provide guidance and expert-level support to product developers and support staff as part of ZOLL's Site Reliability Engineering team. Contribute to AWS architecture, development, maintenance, automation and orchestration for application pools, websites, data services, virtual networks, security, monitoring, service discovery, and other platform services. Responsible for ensuring that assignments are delivered on schedules and in accordance with ZOLL quality standards. Contribute to the successful completion of all aspects of major programs. Contribute to defining and following patterns, best practices DevOps, and strategies for source control, branching, and deployments. Enhance platform services and stability of deployments by using tools such as Terraform, Cloud Formation, Ansible, GIT, Artifactory, Jenkins and Packer. Knowledge and experience of application integration and various protocols. Participate with Architects and product development teams within Agile processes to build rock-solid services and expand our SaaSand Hosting portfolio. Contribute to the definition of an encourage patterns for local developer environments to ensure consistency across all products and production builds. Define, promote, and maintain SRE best practices across the ZOLL organization and product lines.Collaboratively participate with team members to identify areas for improvement and drive solutions. Work in Jira to manage Agile story production and escalated technical issues. Participate in critical incident management and root cause analysis. Position is fixed location based in Broomfield, CO office; however, telecommuting from a home office may also be allowed.

Job Requirements:

Requires a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science. Applied Computer Science, information Systems, Mathematics, or a directly related field plus five (5) years of experience as a Computer Engineer, Associate, Assistant Consultant or related occupation Experience must

Two (2) years of experience with the following (experience may be gained concurrently): - Server administration (Linux or Windows) - Network Engineering - Scripting or development languages - Experience with configuration management tools - Experience developing "infrastructure as code" in a Cloud environment (AWS, Azure, or Google) - GIT - Remote Desktop Services - DevOps best practices - Application Integration and understanding of various protocols

One (1) year of experience with the following (experience may be gamed concurrently) - MS-SOL Administration
