The Learning Center is seeking the position of a Third/Fourth Grader Teacher.  TLC is looking for a candidate who will create and deliver daily engaging lessons for a diverse group of children at all of their levels.  Our teachers promote enthusiasm for learning and the development of independent work skills while providing an enriched, safe, positive learning environment.

TLC's Third/Fourth Grade Teacher:

              -develop lesson plans which meet school curriculum and state guidelines

-adapt and reassess lesson plans and curriculum to meet specific student needs while maintain overall class progress

              -manage the diverse ability levels of students

              -assess and record student development

              -communicate with parents on a regular basis

              -maintain order and discipline among students

              -work closely with classroom aid

              -oversee general classroom management and day-to-day classroom operations
