The City of Bradford has a full time opening for a seasonal pool manager at the Barcroft pool

at Callahan Park for the 2024 summer season. The city pool manager is responsible to oversee

and manage the city pool swim lessons, summer swim team and recreation activities.  Manager

provides leadership and direction to the pool lifeguards and swim instructors. The position 

coordinates, schedules and maintains related records and statistics for programs and personnel

at the swimming pool. Pool manager maintains the attendance and payroll for the parks foreman.

The manager communicates and enforces the safety policies and procedures to staff and the general
