What You Will Be Doing
The Test Analysis Engineer should be test minded and technical. Individual should be comfortable with manual testing methodologies and the ability to write clear, concise test plans from requirements. Experience with or able to learn CAT. Familiarity of pipeline development and management. Strong technical, analysis and communication skills required.
Create, execute, and maintain test automation
Create reusable testing data sets, sites, and infrastructure
Create, plan, analyze, update, and execute test strategy for test cases, projects, regressions, or automated testing
Identify, record, analyze, and track defects encountered during testing
Participate in agile planning, estimation, and communication
Review, analyze, and test software requirements, use cases, user stories, and designs according to test solutions best practices
Create tests, including: identifying pre-conditions, data setup, assumptions, document test steps and expected results
What You Need for this Position
BS in related field
3+ years of software testing/development experience
Java and Groovy
Testing tools : Rational, Selenium, Compuware
Familiarity with CAT
