As a Key member of our team, you will bridge the gap between functional needs and technical solutions, ensuring that every project aligns with our overarching our goals. Responsibilities

• Strategic Consultation: Translate functional requirements into comprehensive technical solutions. Rather than accepting requests at face value, you will probe deeper to ascertain the desired outcomes. Your recommendations will strike a delicate balance between meeting immediate business needs and crafting scalable, top-tier technology solutions.

• Architectural Leadership: Serve as an architect, designing and advocating for technology solutions that propel Autodesk forward. Your role encompasses ensuring cohesion across our technology stack, including HR (Workday), Talent Acquistion,Payroll, Learning, Benefit Vendors, and Analytics platforms.

• Continuous Improvement: Monitor existing processes, technology, and data quality, recommending and implementing changes for enhancement. Your Experience ensuring that code meets all functionality and acceptance criteria for optimization will drive effectiveness throughout our systems.

• Facilitation and Leadership: Lead technology intake and design sessions, collaborating with People Technology experts, subject matter experts, and business leaders. Your expertise in areas like Workday Extend, Integrations and process optimization will improve agreement and new ideas.

• Process Standardisation: Advocate for best practices in People Technology Governance by establishing standardised methodologies, SDLC principles, and repeatable processes. Your efforts will across projects and partners.

• Project Management Excellence: Demonstrate project management skills, from technical requirements gathering to integration documentation and testing plans. You'll guide stakeholders through these standards, ensuring successful project outcomes.

• Change Management Leadership: Drive organisational change management initiatives and large-scale cross-functional projects in collaboration with Centres of Excellence, HR Partners, and other key stakeholders. Navigate and lead change will be important to our success.

Minimum Qualifications

• Extensive Workday Integration Experience: A robust background of over 8 years in Workday Integrations and people technology, with a proven track record of contributing to large-scale Workday initiatives.

• Workday Extend Proficiency: 2 years' experience in developing Workday Extend applications, showcasing your ability to improve and extend the platform's capabilities.

• Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience in configuring, developing, and testing on the Workday platform. Proficiency in a range of tools and technologies including Integrations, Integration Security, Workday Studio, Cloud Connect, EIBs, BIRT, Calculated Fields, Report Writer, XML, XSLT, SOAP, and Rest APIs.

• API Familiarity: Familiarity with Workday SOAP API, REST API, and Import API patterns. Demonstrated experience in using tools such as Postman and Workday Studio for testing Web Services.

• Functional Understanding: An understanding of Workday functional modules is essential for creating effective technology connections. This includes HCM, Talent Management, Benefits, Time Tracking, Absence, and Payroll.

• And Curiosity:, eager to solve challenging projects and embrace growth opportunities. Drive your Experience approaching a problem from different angles, analysing pros and cons of different solutions, helping you understand and implement Workday integrations across all modules.

• Collaborative and Creative:Creative, and a radical collaborator, you thrive in collaborative environments and continuously seek to improve upon the status quo. Ensure that your contributions are informed by diverse perspectives.

• Experience troubleshooting issues with users: Experience communicating updates and resolutions to customers and other partners are a must. Your Experience creating system documentation and attention to detail ensure that your contributions are clear, and impactful.

Certifications:

• Workday Certified in Integrations.

• Workday Certified on Extend application.

• Previous experience with an object-oriented programming language and familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
