We are hiring a Partner Marketing Manager within the Global Partner Marketing team to drive marketing strategy and programs for Software Partners tied to our overall marketing and solution growth strategy. You will work directly with leaders across SAP to develop holistic integrated marketing plans, drive engagement and accelerate SAP and partner pipeline growth.

You will be a catalyst to plan, develop, and execute digital first partner marketing initiatives that enable customer transformation, increase cloud revenue, and make SAP the #1 ecosystem of choice. We aspire to excite and engage the next generation of SAP fans with and through our ecosystem to drive our cloud business growth.

Software Partners complement and extend SAP products and are meant to deliver value with desired outcomes quickly, easily, and with support from SAP. The solutions are tested andpremium certified by SAPwith added security, in-depth testing and measurements against benchmark results.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Partner Marketing Manager will work closely with the Partner Ecosystem Success (PES), Regional Partner Sales, Field and Global Marketing stakeholders across industry, solutions ,and platform areas to support growth of our Software Partner solution portfolio, and other marketing programs as relevant.

Responsibilities

  • Execute Partner Led Demand Generation (PLDG) offerings that drive partner pipeline and measurable impact tied to the Winning Plans / Solution Area GTM with YoY growth in partner pipeline

  • Drive demand for the partner solution on the SAP Store

  • Comprehensive marketing plan including the execution of co-branded digital demand generationcampaigns, tracking and managing leads and opportunities.

  • Develop marketing campaigns for SAP Endorsed Apps - provide positioning and messaging, and serve as the evangelist for the overall SAP Partner Marketing strategy.

  • Collaborate with Solution Management/Marketing to create complementary value props, messaging, joint offers, and references to be cascaded into marketing programs and campaigns.

  • Work with Partner Success Managers and partners to help execute the global marketing plan.

  • Manage integrations into the larger SAP Corporate Marketing organization and act as advocate for SAP Endorsed Apps into larger initiatives such as but not limited to Integrated Demand Programs, RISE with SAP, Industry Cloud

  • Ensure optimum Cloud Acceleration Program spend of business development funds and program ROI to ensure business objectives are met and provide reports on a monthly and an as-needed basis.

Qualifications

  • 7 years content/solutions marketing experience preferred.

  • Experience marketing to, with, and through ecosystem/channel partners.

  • Multi-route, communities, social media and integrated digital marketing experience.

  • Demand generation marketing experience.

  • Experienced in enterprise application positioning and messaging.

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills

  • Proficient in building global marketing plans and compelling digital marketing initiatives.

  • Business acumen Proven program management and tactical execution of marketing plans with ability to deliver on goals.

  • Work effectively in a complex matrix environment with virtual teams of high-level professionals.

  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize data to develop data-driven recommendations.

Compensation Range Transparency : SAPbelieves the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAPs commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 99,000 - 216,000 USD.The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidatewill be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills,experience, scope ofthe role, location, etc. as determinedthrough theselection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
