The Edinburg Center has an Exciting Opportunity and seeking a Benefits and Payroll Specialist.

As a Benefits Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping a positive work experience for our team. Buckle up because here’s what awaits you:

  • Empowerment through Accuracy

  • You’ll be the wizard behind the scenes, ensuring that employee payments are processed swiftly and flawlessly.

  • Handling accounts payable and receivable related to payroll. Check

  • Got payroll questions? You’re the go-to guru for timecards, accruals, and adjustments.

  • Leave Management Extraordinaire:

  • Leaves of absence? Paid time off? You’ll orchestrate these like a maestro.

  • Coordinating with employees to manage their time off effectively? You’ve got this.

  • Ever heard of PMFLA and FMLA? You’ll be their backstage manager.

  • Workers’ Compensation? You’ll navigate it like a seasoned sailor.

  • Benefits Whisperer:

  • Signing up employees for benefits? Consider it done.

  • Benefit queries? You’ll unravel them with finesse.

  • Online meetings to unveil emerging benefits? You’re the host with the most.

  • Adjusting benefit plans? You’ll be the architect of employee happiness.

  • Compliance Champion:

  • Auditing benefit enrollment reports? Sherlock Holmes would be proud.

  • Leading benefit audits (including the 401K and 403b)? You’re the audit trailblazer.

  • State leave programs? You’ll be the expert, ensuring harmony between company benefits and state laws.

What You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 3 years experience in Benefits and Leave Management

  • Proficient in ADP Workforce
