The Edinburg Center is looking for a BCBA Consultant for our I/DD residential program.

This role is part of the management team and will work Monday - Friday 9am -5pm (no weekends required)

Who You Are: Experience conducting functional behavior assessments. Experience in goal development and design of positive behavior support plans. Experience with the VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS or other related assessments preferred. Experience working with adults with I/DD and ABI would be helpful. Excellent written and interpersonal skills, team player. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required. What You Will Do:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and learning needs assessments.

• Design positive behavior support and skill acquisition plans with individualized behavioral goals.

• Implement, model and monitor progress of individualized behavioral plans based on data analysis.

• Provide training and supervision to Behavior Technicians.

• Train parents, caregivers and BA level staff who implement plans on principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)

• Collaborate with team members.
