Zoom Sr. Product Manager- Contact Center (Omnichannel Engagements & Automation) in Bay Area, California

You will define and build features to provide automation, advanced routing and highly personalized and engaging customer experiences. About the Team

At Zoom, we are disrupting the Contact Center industry with our innovative and holistic solutions. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Manager to join our Contact Center team to drive advanced omni-channel engagements and automations for our customers. You will play a critical role in shaping the strategic direction and execution to deliver world class solutions for Zoom’s Contact Center.

What we’re looking for

  • Possess Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field

  • Possess 5+ years of product manager experience with real-time communications, complex B2B/B2C based applications and services, in CCaaS or UCaaS

  • Experience as a Product Manager with a focus on user experience and user-centric design.

  • Have experience to crystallize vague concepts into concise plans.

  • Experience understanding that speed is everything but prioritizing the right thing is equally important.

  • Possess an entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.

  • Have proficient communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build relationships.

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$118,600.00

Maximum:

$259,500.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
