We are a second generation, family run HVAC company and we are looking to add an Install Apprentice to our team. Requirements: * High School Diploma or equivalent. * Construction or technical experience preferred * 18 years of age or older. * Pass drug test. * Current driver\'s license. Duties: * Helps to installing mini splits, central air systems, repairing ventilation and other equipment. * Receives technical directions and on-the-job training. * Complying with service standards, work instructions and customer\' requirements. *Learn to safely install gas lines, fittings. *Learn to safely and responsibly install refrigerant lines. *Learn to understand safety guidelines of sheet metal fabricating equipment and machine Hours: * 40 hours per week. * Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm. Wage: * \$16 - \$20 per hour, depending on experience, with bonus opportunities. * Company AFLAC and IRA match.
