We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer to join our highly collaborative and entrepreneurial team where you will play a pivotal role in delivering secure, performant code across. You’ll be part of a cross-functional team that’s responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment.  

 

What you will do: 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build features from well-defined stories in the backlog. 

  • Adhere to coding standards, development methodologies, and best practices, including unit testing. 

  • Write high-quality, clean, functional code on the front- and back-end. 

  • Troubleshoot technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft technologies, tools, and frameworks. 

     

    What you bring:  

  • 3+ years of proven experience as a Software Developer using Microsoft technologies (C#, .NET Framework, SQL, etc.)

  • Knowledge of front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery) and modern JavaScript frameworks (React).

  • Solid understanding of software development methodologies, design patterns, and best practices leveraging things like dependency injection, inversion of control (IOC), RESTful APIs, ASP.NET MVC, and Entity Framework to name a few. 

  • Experience with writing useful unit tests

  • Great communication skills

  • Experience in working in a product-driven organization

    We operate on a hybrid schedule for in-office employees. Standard schedules are three days per week in the office, however, the cadence and days are determined by each team and manager.
