Oversees project management (including goal and sub-goals definition and tracking), and supervision of the work of junior team members.Conducts software development, with some controls, instrumentation, custom circuit design and fabrication for novel semiconductor manufacturing equipment.Assists in researching and procurement of various equipment sub-systems.Performs other related duties as assigned.
