Friendly team-oriented environment Daily Workflow: Lead and supervise a team of hardscape & landscape technicians and laborers, assigning and assisting with tasks, and providing guidance and training as needed. Project Planning and Coordination. Oversee the layout, excavation, and preparation of sites for hardscape installations, ensuring proper grading, drainage, and site safety. Interact professionally with clients, project managers, and others, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or questions they may have. We\'re Seeking: Previous experience in hardscape construction and landscaping, with a proven track record of successful project management and leadership. Strong knowledge of hardscape materials, construction techniques, and best practices. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve project goals. Own work vehicle highly desirable. Valid driver\'s license and ability to pass DMV records check.
