Insight Global Product Manager in Anaheim, California

Job Description

A major entertainment client with theme parks, resorts, and cruise lines is looking for a Product Manager to join the team that runs all aspects of product strategy, concept development, defining, and implementing these initiatives in collaboration with key partners for the web and mobile apps that support guest-experiences for the parks and resorts among other guest experiences. This position will be focused on navigation and will generally lead and manage feature development and backlog, translate the digital strategy into clearly prioritized user stories, business requirements and other product documentation including acceptance criteria and test cases. This person will partner with design and technology teams to ensure the visual design, content strategy, copywriting and development align to the strategic vision, and contribute to developing the go to market strategy for the digital Guest or Cast experience. They will also monitor product performance, support A/B tests and recommend opportunities to enhance the Disney Parks, Experiences and Products Digital Platforms, including mobile apps and websites. This role includes a relationship management component where they will cultivate relationships and leads partner expectations, scope, budget discussions and project communications, while providing partners with a consistent point of contact and accountability for their digital business needs. A successful candidate will be highly analytical, able to work effectively in a matrix organization, and adept at synthesizing a variety of technologies and capabilities into high quality products and applications that Guests love!

Skills and Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience of digital product management (website/mobile)

     - Comfortable in Agile methodology and in Jira

     - High Volume -- lights on content requests and fast paced large enterprise environment

BA degree or equivalent work experience - Strong technical product knowledge in Familiarity with Theme Park, Resort, etc

2+ years of experience within a hypothesis-driven and test measurement approach and knowledgeable about technology trends and new emerging technologies (including customer data platforms, personalization/decisioning engines, A/B testing and experimentation, and machine learning). null
