Executive Assistant to the CEO

A privately held tech company that manufactures award-winning products, utilized across multiple industries, is seeking an Executive Assistant to assist the CEO and Founder. This is a critical role that will be the right hand to the CEO in their day to day needs and strategic initiatives. This person will play a big part in the continued success of the company and their mission.
What will the Executive Assistant be doing?
Keeping the CEO organized and on track
Managing the CEO’s calendar
Gatekeeping and liaising with internal and external partners
Researching various topics and generating reports
Managing various ad hoc business projects
Putting together presentations and slide decks
Generating correspondence on the CEO’s behalf
Planning internal and external meetings and events
Coordinating travel arrangements both business and personal
Some light personal assisting on occasion
Other duties as assigned; no two days are the same
What is required to apply?
5+ years of experience supporting a C-Level Executive
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Sharp, polished, friendly, and professional demeanor
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to utilize discretion and keep confidential information
Strong problem solving skills and ability to foresee roadblocks
Excellent organization and attention to detail
Strong research skills
Ability to utilize Mac operating systems or willing to learn
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Ability to meet deadlines
