Summary

The Project Manager is an exempt role responsible for oversight of planning and delivering on the numerous projects across multiple work streams to ensure MarketSource meets its intended objectives specific to those workstreams. The Project Manager should have experience of managing risk, making decisions and project planning. This is a large-scale effort consisting of multiple workstreams and dependencies and will require the experience of working in a similar - large, complex environment.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Plans, organizes, monitors, and oversees one or more projects to meet defined requirements or business specifications.

  • Responsible for end-to-end quality control throughout the delivery of projects

  • Manages risk and issue management

  • Identifies and manages project dependencies and critical paths.

  • Monitors project milestones and critical dates to identify potential jeopardy of

  • Manages resources, assigns activities, and coordinates efforts during the development and support of projects.

  • Ensuring all departments and individuals deliver to agreed timelines so the project is delivered on time and within the approved budget guidelines

  • Provide direction, prioritization, and guidance on project activities to meet project targets.

  • Ensures stakeholder and management engagement including change management and adoption

  • Responsible for tracking progress and comparing with planned progress.

  • Provides communication to project stakeholders and executives by providing visibility and status of work

  • Ensures projects are delivered on time and within the approved budget guidelines.

  • Ensuring all critical end-to-end business flows and components are fully built and operational

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Project Management

  • Managing program and project resources

  • Managing risks and issues to resolution

  • Awareness of effective application of project management methodologies.

  • Knowledge of organizational change management principles.

  • Ability to think critically and solve problems.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills; the ability to work well with people from many disciplines.

  • Strong presentation and written communication skills.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience in place of degree

  • 3+ years of business experience

  • 2+ years of project management or leadership experience

  • Four (4) in-office workdays per week and the option to work remotely OR in the office on the fifth (5th) day
